Daytona State College, located by the 'World's Most Famous Beach', was facing a few marketing challenges for their Workforce Programs. With a vision to make their program stand out, they wanted to use an outside agency for a unique, creative perspective. Daytona State College hired Cover & Content to create a non-traditional marketing campaign that highlighted females in the male-dominated paths and males in the female-dominated paths in order to target those who might not have thought otherwise to enroll in a workforce program because of stereotypical, gender norms.
